Shipment Processing Time
Buy A Safe delivers to all major cities in Australia. The processing of orders and all deliveries are done from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
If you are located in the Metro areas, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. Should your item be out of stock, you will be contacted after ordering and informed of the appropriate lead-time. At this point, we may provide you with an option to proceed or withdraw your order. Buyasafe.com.au also reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
During checkout, a standard delivery rate is applied. We will also be in contact if there are any additional costs associated with the delivery of the product.
Remote Areas: Take note that some remote areas are out of our scope due to the high cost of shipping. So, make sure to discuss your location in detail.
Shipping & Delivery Options
1. Professional Delivery and Installation (Recommended)
Moving, relocating, or installing a safe or vault is a highly dangerous task requiring heavy lifting and specialised moving equipment.
By making a prior arrangement with our expert technicians, you can have your new safe delivered to your preferred location, offloaded, and then professionally installed at your desired spot as per manufacturer standards. We work with specialised delivery companies and certified installers that can safely place your safe within your concrete, tiled, or timber flooring or in wood, brick, or plaster walls.

2. Delivery and Offloading to Your Door
In this option, you authorise that the safe will be delivered to your front door only, on ground level access. You will be responsible for moving the safe to your property and installing it in its final position.
3. Delivery to Site Service
Delivery to site service requires you to unload the safe off the delivery truck. It’s critical that you are ready for the weight and size of the safe. You also need to make sure you have the right people or equipment to safely lift the safe off the truck.
4. Warehouse Pick Up
You can pick up the safe directly from one of our warehouse outlets, provided that prior arrangements have been made. We’ll pack and prepare your safe, but it will be your responsibility to pick up the unit and safely transport it to your property.
Damages & Liability
Any damage or loss becomes the responsibility of the purchaser once the goods leave the premises. If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Buy A Safe Customer Service at 1300 405 200.
